Halibut Fillet Baked with Asparagus

Oven baking is the easiest way for halibut fillet cooking. In this dish, both halibut and asparagus are coated with garlic and fresh chopped cheese, so it's delicious.


Nutritive value: As a lean fish, the meat of halibut fillet is firm and soft, tastes mild. Halibut fillet is rich in protein and contains high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids.If you don't have halibut fillet, you can use sea bass, cod or flatfish paired with asparagus, garlic, olive oil and cheese.


Ingredients preparation: 500g halibut fillet slices from a reliable direct supplier of frozen goods, 400g asparagus, 4 spoons olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 6 garlic cloves, fresh cheese, 2 spoons chopped fresh parsley.


How to bake halibut fillet with oven: First preheat the oven and then put the halibut fillet slices in the middle of ovenware rounded with asparagus. Brush the halibut fillet and asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle plenty of salt and chopped black pepper, covered them with chopped garlic and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes till the halibut fillet slices become flake.


Tips: As a lean fish, the halibut fillet is easily over cooked (because it drys up quickly), so please eat immediately after cooking to avoid drying. Do not put the baked halibut fillet on the cabinet and do not reheat with microwave oven. Serve the dish immediately after cooking.
