If you are a beginner of cooking or you are not confident in your cooking skill, you may have no idea to cook salmon. In fact, it's very easy to cook salmon and everyone can make it as long as you find suitable cooking ways.
Baking
First preheat the oven to a high temperature and put the ovenware on one third height of the oven.
Put the salmon slices on the ovenware which is covered with aluminium foil (to avoid the salmon sticking on the plate), and then flavor the salmon with salt, pepper and any seasonings you preferred. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes.
Simple way to check whether the salmon slice is thoroughly cooked: Press the fork on the salmon slice, if the salmon fillet is pilled off, it's ready to eat!
Frying
Brush the pan with butter or olive oil and heat the pan. Fry the salmon for 6 minutes, with the skin side up(you can hear the hiss) and then you can turn the salmon easily. After stirring, fry for 4 minutes to make the skins crispy.
Boiling
Boiling is a simple way. First flavor the two sides of salmon. Pour 1 cup water and 1 cup white wine into a big frying-pan and boil it. Then add the salmon, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. If you want to add other flavors, you can put in some fresh vanilla and garlic.
Roasting
How to roast the salmon directly on the grill or plate? First flavor the salmon and heat the grill and oil fence with med-high, roast the salmon for 6 to 8 minutes with the skin side down until the bottom half not looks translucent and the skin can be easily pilled off from the grill. Turn the salmon and roast for another 4 to 6 minutes and then the salmon is cooked thoroughly.
